COVID-19 - Useful Information and FAQs

Following the World Health Organisation, Government and PHE guidelines, we have decided to temporarily close our shop in Poole to the general public, starting the end of the day on Monday 23.03.2020. We have tried to postpone this as much as possible, because we know how important our shop is to the local community of archers.

The good news is that our on-line shop will continue to operate as normal and our phone lines are open 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday.

In these challenging times, we are committed - as always - to offering you the best archery buying experience and the best customer service. We are confident we will be operational throughout the next few months, but we will also need your support - please continue to make your number 1 destination for all your archery needs.

> When will the store in Poole be open to the public again?

At this moment, we don't know when the situation will return to normal. We will publish any updates as soon as we have them.

> Will on-line orders be affected in any way?

No, you can still order on-line at All on-line orders are processed as normal and they have normal delivery times. No delays are expected at the moment.

> What will happen with my appointment?

We will personally contact all customers who have appointments with more details.

> What will happen to my Click & Collect order?

All orders will need to be shipped to minimise any risk to our Staff. We will ship free of charge any orders already processed for collection. A member of staff will contact you regarding delivery details.

> If I buy a bow, can this be set up for me?

We will be happy to set-up your bow and equipment based on your requirements and then ship it back to you. The in-store bow set-up service is however suspended, as we are trying to reduce to a minimum the social interaction, due to the latest updates on the Coronavirus situation.

> What happens if I need new arrows ?

We will be happy to continue building your arrows. To reduce social interaction, please use our online arrow configurator. Then we will post them to your preferred address.

> Are the archery workshops cancelled?

Yes, unfortunately we have had to cancel all our workshops and appointments for the foreseeable future. We look forward to rescheduling as soon as we can.

> Are warranty claims still being processed?

Yes, all warranty claims will be processed as normal, just like all regular commercial activities. Please contact us via email and we'll take it from there. 

> Will telephone lines be open?

Yes, we will continue to provide telephone support Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

> Will emails still be answered ?

Emails & social media questions will be answered within 24 hours - this part of our service should be faster than normal as we are channeling our shop resources into this area of the business.
