COVID-19 - Useful Information and FAQs

Following the updates on the Covid regulations, we are happy to announce that our shop in Poole opens once again from 02.12.2020. Find more details and read about our policies here.

Our on-line shop will continue to operate as normal and our phone service operates on extended times until Christmas: Monday to Friday: 9AM - 8PM and Saturday: 9AM - 6PM. Also, in preparation for Christmas, we are going to keep our telephone lines open on both Sunday the 6th and the 13th of December, from 10.00 to 16.00.

FAQs 

> Will on-line orders be affected in any way?

No, you can still order on-line at thearcheryshop.co.uk. All on-line orders are processed as normal and they have normal delivery times. No delays are expected at the moment.

> How do I make an appointment?

To book an appointment, simply call us 01202-749565 or email enquiries@thearcheryshop.co.uk

> How does Click & Collect work?

You can place an order on-line and collect it from the shop. After getting the order confirmation, please wait until a member of our staff contacts you to confirm the products are in our warehouse. You can then arrange with them a suitable time for collection from our shop in Poole.

> If I buy a bow, can this be set up for me?

We will be happy to set-up your bow and equipment based on your requirements and then ship it back to you. Alternately, you can make an appointment with one of our specialists to try it up or finish the setup.

> What happens if I need new arrows ?

We will be happy to continue building your arrows. To reduce social interaction, please use our online arrow configurator. Then we will post them to your preferred address.

> Are the archery workshops cancelled?

Yes, unfortunately we have had to cancel all our workshops for the foreseeable future. We look forward to rescheduling as soon as we can.

> Are warranty claims still being processed?

Yes, all warranty claims will be processed as normal, just like all regular commercial activities. Please contact us via email and we'll take it from there. 

> Will telephone lines be open?

Our phone service operates on extended times until Christmas: Monday to Friday: 9AM - 8PM and Saturday: 9AM - 6PM. Also, in preparation for Christmas, we are going to keep our telephone lines open on both Sunday the 6th and the 13th of December, from 10.00 to 16.00.

> Will emails still be answered ?

Emails & social media questions will be answered within 24 hours - this part of our service should be faster than normal as we are channeling our shop resources into this area of the business.
