TASH Loyalty Credit Scheme


You are our customer and we want to thank you for that. We think that loyalty should be rewarded, that's why, every time you shop with us, you get back 1% for every pound that you spend.


HOW DOES IT WORK:
For every purchase you make using a 'Customer' account (on-line, in shop or over the phone) you will get credit on your account for 1% of the total value of the purchase (excluding shipping). 
This credit can be used (all or part of it) against future purchases made with The Archery Shop.

CUSTOMER or GUEST ACCOUNTS:

Loyalty points can only be accrued when using a 'Customer' account, Guest accounts are excluded from the loyalty scheme.


SPECIAL PRICES AND PROMOTIONS:
The Loyalty Credit will not be applied on orders that already contain other discounts or during our promotions.


YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THE ARCHERY SHOP:
You can keep a track of your Loyalty Credit through your on-line account with The Archery Shop. If you haven’t set up an account, you can do this very easy by accessing https://thearcheryshop.co.uk/account/login and following the steps on the screen.

If you make a purchase in store or over the phone, just tell us your email address and we will create an order under your account. You will never miss your credit again.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, any potential Loyalty Credit will be also cancelled.
We are able to refund Loyalty Credit on orders returned and refunded that have been bought using Loyalty Credit.
